Hours:

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 2 x 16‑hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 1 x 8‑hour shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Total: 40 hours per week guaranteed

Local candidates only. Candidates must reside within 70 miles of the facility.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the clinical team at Grand Islander Center in Middletown, RI. The RN will provide high‑quality nursing care in a Long‑Term Care (LTC) setting, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.

• Deliver direct patient care to residents in a long‑term care environment.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Rhode Island.
• Minimum 2 Years Of Long‑Term Care (LTC) Experience.
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
• ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑based healthcare environment.
