Store Manager – PROV-MIDDLETOWN, RI
Deliver a customer‑centric shopping experience by managing front‑end operations and leading omnichannel processes. Maintain store recovery standards to fulfill brand promises. Provide friendly customer service.
Responsibilities- Assist Store Manager with SOPs, company programs, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Ensure company policies and standards are executed and hold the team accountable for store conditions and results.
- Achieve store KPIs and manage the team to achieve their role KPIs.
- Plan and lead the execution of class and in‑store events in accordance with company programs.
- Lead and execute shrink and safety programs.
- Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
- Assist with inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN).
- Assist with onboarding of new team members.
- Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results; participate in the performance management process and support talent development.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and maintain a respectful and positive workplace culture.
- Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure standards are met.
- Cross‑train in custom framing selling and production.
- For stores without a Framing Manager, lead the delivery of high‑quality custom framing solutions, planning and managing workload with the Store Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Retail management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
- Experience with omnichannel processes and events.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
- Work in a public retail store setting, climate‑controlled public areas, occasional outdoor work (retrieving carts/updating trucks).
- Frame shop may involve glass cutter and heat press.
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
CompensationTotal Base Pay Range: $17.00 – $22.70 per hour.
