Position: Bakery Lead Full Time
BJ's Wholesale Club -  - Responsibilities:
Lead Bakery Department Operations:
Maintain and execute bakery operational standards, ensuring efficient production and high-quality prepared foods.;
Manage Inventory Proactively:
Ensure proper product availability by monitoring inventory levels and executing timely replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions.;
Demonstrates Full Proficiency:
Execute operational functions of the department, including the ability to prepare, bake, and merchandise bakery items to company standards.;
Sanitation and Safety Compliance:
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, including cold chain procedures and Serv Safe guidelines, while ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of bakery equipment such as ovens and refrigeration units.;
Seasonal Promotion Execution:
Execute seasonal promotions, merchandising initiatives, and special event product displays in alignment with company guidelines.
