The Client Advisor role at BMW of Newport is a full-time, on-site position located in Middletown, RI. The Client Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers in selecting their ideal BMW vehicles, explaining financing and insurance options, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the car-buying process, and maintaining knowledge of BMW products and services to deliver an outstanding client experience.

• Strong abilities in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with Insurance processes in automotive sales is a bonus
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Passion for luxury automobiles and a commitment to delivering a premium client experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in sales or automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is preferred
