Account Manager, Commercial Insurance

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, including the various types of policies, coverage options, and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients on their insurance needs, as well as helping them to understand the terms and conditions of their policies.

The Insurance Advisor will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner.

• Prospect and solicit new clients.
• Develop and accomplish sales goal objectives.
• Develop and maintain working pipeline of prospects.
• Ability to review insurance policies and identify coverages.
• Design insurance programs to meet client’s needs.
• Identify areas of opportunity for cross selling and account rounding.
• Provide continuous counsel to existing clients.
• Manage and retain customer relationships for Select and more complex accounts.

• Experience in outside sales.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Driven to succeed.
• Property & Casualty license in RI a plus or willing to get a P&C license.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Complete work timely, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask.
