We are currently seeking a reliable, responsible Custodian to help maintain and care for our facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, needs minimal supervision, remains flexible, focused, and is committed to maintaining a clean, safe environment for our staff and patients.
The start time for this position is 6am, Monday‑Friday.
MainDuties and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and common areas; replenishing supplies such as soap and toilet paper, disposing of trash, and performing other cleaning duties as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- High degree of professionalism.
- 1 year or more experience in maintenance or a similar role.
- Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances.
- Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components.
- Detail oriented and conscientious.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A valid Rhode Island Driver’s License is required.
- Displays integrity and good work ethics.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and thoroughness.
