Project Architect

Job Role s and Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to develop architectural and system-based solutions for various projects.

Work directly with contractors, architects, installers, and clients to understand project requirements and site conditions.

Translate design concepts into construction-ready drawings and installation plans.

Partner with cross-functional teams to prototype, refine, and validate system components.

Develop and maintain installation standards, technical documentation, and best practices.

Manage projects from pre-design through construction, ensuring coordination across trades and stakeholders.

Assist in budgeting, proposals, material take-offs, installation strategies, and scheduling.

Participate in pre-construction meetings and coordinate with permitting authorities.

Oversee onsite execution and provide hands-on guidance to ensure proper system implementation.

Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement real-time solutions on-site.

Conduct post-project evaluations and share insights to improve future project execution.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably within design-build environments.

Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Solid Works, Inventor, Sketch Up, or similar.

Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.

Experience managing projects, trade partners, and installation teams.

Hands-on experience in construction environments is highly preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
