About the Position
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 24-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan. This opportunity begins on Feb 9, 2026, and involves call coverage with required proctoring and orientation before active duty. The assignment focuses on providing high-quality care in obstetrics and gynecology, with a variety of procedures and secondary call coverage.

Schedule:
Call coverage; 1-2 days proctoring (typically 5 cases), one business day for orientation and Epic training, secondary call coverage 7am–7am on Feb 18
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform suction D&C procedures
Conduct laparoscopies
Interpret non-stress tests (NSTs)
Perform cesarean sections
Conduct tubal ligations
Optional: perform circumcisions
Maintain case/patient logs demonstrating 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within 12 months
Additional Information
Michigan medical license required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (within 5 years)
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Proficiency with Epic EMR required
