Hello Special Education Teachers! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher for the  school year. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Bachelor's or Master'sDegree in Education or Related Field
• Active Michigan Special Education Teacher license
• Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
