Position: On-Site Application Engineer - I-Park

* Meet or exceed agreed-upon goals for each Service Contract.

* Coordinate all Service Contract activities-including order entry, tracking, scheduling, and communication-ensuring accurate, timely updates.

* Develop and maintain sales tools such as surveys, reference lists, presentations, proposals, and technical guidelines.

* Maintain necessary data and provide reports as requested by the Manager of Business Development.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Manage assigned responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

* Safeguard all corporate assets within area of responsibility.

* Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualificationsarrow_right

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.

* At least year of experience in an engineering role (maintenance engineer, reliability engineer, application engineer)

* Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and customer‑focused.

* Solid systems knowledge and analytical/problem‑solving abilities.

* Ability to visit customers weekly and work closely with customers.

* Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Access experience is a plus.

* Rotating equipment experience is preferred.
