As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in Greater Lakes Bay area, MI (Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, MI).
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
- Manages a portfolio of customer relationships, seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients, and is responsible for sales calls.
- Develops and prepares loan solutions, refers products and services, and reviews documentation to ensure compliance while managing the customer pipeline for efficiency.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
- Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
- Minimum education:
No degree required; comparable experience and certifications may be considered. - Experience:
Up to 1 year of professional experience in mortgage or related field. - Skills:
Customer experience management, effective communication, financial analysis, loan origination, mortgage products, selling, scheduling and activity management. - Preferred skills:
Banking products, client prospecting, customer relationships, customer solutions, documentation, innovation, mortgages, sales. - Certifications:
None required. - Background check:
Required per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
