My Michigan Health in Michigan is seeking an Emergency Dispatcher to answer emergency telephones, dispatch ambulances, and take control of scenes until EMS personnel arrive. You will coordinate air transport and collaborate with fire and police to support life-saving interventions.
Responsibilities include handling requests, determining needs for police or fire assistance, maintaining logs, processing billing, scheduling transfers, and arranging ALS and helicopter intercepts as needed.
