Practice Setting

• Team model with supervising MDAs
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient cases
• Located in central Michigan near Midland

Schedule

• 6:30a-5:00p, Monday-Thursday
• Full-time or 4x10s preferred
• Steady weekly shifts; great for consistent income

Cases and Procedures

• Bread & butter cases:
  Endo, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Vascular
• Spinals, epidurals, lines required
• Blocks preferred but not mandatory
• 6-7 cases per day on average

Requirements

• CRNA with active Michigan license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• 75 case logs from the past 12 months
• Not IMLC eligible; must be fully licensed
