Position: Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) (Nights) Midland MI
This position performs a variety of integrated functions, intuitively, using the nursing process while applying a broad nursing knowledge in a caring, concerned manner.

Responsibilities

(25%)
* Assesses patient for physical, emotional, psych/social and family support.

(25%)
* Organizes and coordinates all aspects of patient care according to the patient's real and/or perceived needs.

(25%)
* Evaluates patient progress by correlating patient information with nursing knowledge to determine if goals are being met according to the patient's plan of care or clinical path.

(25%)
* Consults and collaborates with members of the health care team in planning and implementing total patient care for individuals.

Requirement description :

• 2+ years of experience - Required
• Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
• BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) - Required
• NIHSS - Required
• ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)

• Work History
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Candidates' Permanent Address (50-mile radius restriction)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• NIHSS

• Michigan
