Tour Guide
Leads groups of 4-30 people on Tour (up to 2 miles), visiting up to five partner locations and identifying pre-selected local landmarks along the route.
Responsibilities- Confirm reservations at partner locations
- Greet and lead tour of 4-30 guests on 3 hour local tours to partnering location, pre-identified local landmarks, and local businesses
- Engage with and correspond with guests, as needed
- Explore culinary arts and celebrate local food culture
- Access to local restaurants
- Keep 100% of Your Tips!
$20/Hour + Tips
Time CommitmentFlexible work schedule; primarily 4 hours on various weekend; possibility of additional hours
Criteria- Responsible, organized, and punctual
- Identifies as Black or a person of color
- Prior experience organizing and leading excursions
- Possess an Outgoing/Engaging personality
- Excellent conversational skills with a knack for storytelling
- Is a Local or Bay Area Native, preferred but not required
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work on weekends.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
