Dow Credit Union – Business Solutions Applications Analyst

This role focuses on hands‑on administration of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related platforms, along with deeper technical problem‑solving and system optimization. You'll also grow alongside our modernization efforts across CRM, digital communications, integrations, and automation.
Compensation:
Competitive minimum starting salary of $91k. Benefits include quarterly and annual incentives, medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
Location:
Midland, MI – regular onsite presence required.
- Administer Salesforce Financial Services Cloud – manage users, permissions, profiles, page layouts, flows, and validation rules.
- Document processes, configurations, and institutional knowledge for the team’s growing knowledge base.
- Support ETL processes and data pipelines that move information between core systems (e.g., Symitar, Salesforce, marketing platforms).
- Assist in the design, build, and maintenance of system integrations using iPaaS platforms or API‑based approaches.
- Contribute to the development of custom Salesforce components (Lightning Web Components, Apex triggers, and classes) as skills progress.
- Participate in integrations, automation, and platform enhancements.
- Experience with SQL, Apex, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms independently and apply them to business problems.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to decompose complex business problems into actionable technical steps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate between technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience. - Experience:
Typically 4–6 years in a technology role supporting business applications, platforms, or integrations.
