We are seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to support a leading global manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in order management, supply chain, customer operations, sales support, or accounts receivable who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience working with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order entry and order fulfillment process for assigned customer accounts.
• Review, validate, and process customer orders in compliance with company policies and business guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and resolving order-related issues.
• Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines while maintaining high service levels.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Support commercial strategies by ensuring accurate and efficient order execution.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for SAP, business processes, and operational systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Support, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of SAP experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of order processing and order fulfillment workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
