Demand Analyst

Dow is seeking a Demand Analyst to support its manufacturing operations by delivering accurate, data-driven demand forecasts. In this role, you will analyze historical sales, market trends, and customer data to anticipate product demand and improve supply planning and inventory efficiency. Partnering closely with supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and finance, you will support S&OP cycles, develop reports and dashboards, and identify demand risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales, market trends, and customer orders to forecast demand
• Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and sales to align demand and supply plans
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models based on performance and new data
• Support S&OP processes with data, reports, and scenarios
• Identify demand risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation actions
• Develop dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
• Leverage ERP and advanced analytics tools to improve planning
• Partner with finance to support budgeting and volume planning
• Contribute to continuous improvement of demand planning processes
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to Dow safety and compliance standards
