Dow Credit Union is launching the next stage of commercial/business lending, and we’re searching for the leader who will build, shape, and scale it. As our Commercial Loan Manager, you’ll set strategy, develop business relationships, and ensure exceptional credit and service outcomes for our business members. This is a high‑visibility role with direct influence on the future of our commercial lending portfolio.

• Lead and grow our new commercial lending program, driving opportunities across C&I, and business lending segments.
• Build strong business relationships and create a healthy, sustainable loan pipeline.
• Oversee underwriting quality, compliance, and credit risk management.
• Collaborate across teams for seamless loan processing and exceptional member service.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement data‑driven strategies for long‑term success.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of commercial lending experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong credit analysis, underwriting, and regulatory compliance expertise.
• Proven relationship‑building skills and comfort engaging with business leaders and community partners.

• You'll be the architect of a new business lending program - shaping structure, culture, and future growth.

• Minimum starting salary of $93,000+, with quarterly and annual incentives.
