• Lead and grow our new commercial lending program.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master s preferred).
• 5+ years of commercial lending experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in credit analysis, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
