Dow Credit Union is launching the next stage of commercial/business lending
, and we're searching for the leader who will build, shape, and scale it. As our Commercial Loan Manager
, you ll set strategy, develop business relationships, and ensure exceptional credit and service outcomes for our business members. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on the future of our commercial lending portfolio.

What You ll Do

• Lead and grow our new commercial lending program
  , driving opportunities across C&I, and business lending segments.
• Build strong business relationships and create a healthy, sustainable loan pipeline.
• Oversee underwriting quality, compliance, and credit risk management.
• Collaborate across teams for seamless loan processing and exceptional member service.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement data-driven strategies for long-term success.

What You Bring

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master s preferred).
• 5+ years of commercial lending experience
  , including 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong credit analysis, underwriting, and regulatory compliance expertise.
• Proven relationship-building skills and comfort engaging with business leaders and community partners.
