As a
Shipper/Receiver
,you'llbe at the forefront of our operations, ensuring raw materials and finished goods move safely, accurately, and efficiently to support customer demand.
You'll collaborate with logistics, production, and supply chain teams to coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments whilemaintainingcompliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
In This Role, You Will:
Execute shipping, receiving, labeling, packaging, and material handling activities to meet daily customer requirements.
Process inbound receipts and outbound shipments in SAP on the same day deliveries or shipments occur.
Prepare, stage, and verify materials using delivery schedules, purchase orders, stock transfer reports, and pick lists.
Provideaccurateshipment documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis, packing slips, Safety Data Sheets, and invoices when required.
Safelyoperateforklifts and related material handling equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Load and unload bulk tankers and overseas containers using approved loading patterns and procedures.
Receive returned products, coordinate quarantine staging, and document quality or delivery issues through Supplier Corrective Action Requests in SAP.
Maintainaccuraterecords, support 5S housekeeping standards, andidentifyopportunities for continuous process improvement.
Comply with Responsible Care Management System, ISO 9001 requirements, and all health, safety, security, environmental, and operating procedures.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform physical material handling activities, including lifting upto 70 pounds and moving drums with proper equipment.
Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and shipment documentation.
Experience working safely in a manufacturing, warehouse,logistics, or industrial environment.
Ability to safelyoperateor learn tooperateforklifts and material handling equipment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities andmaintainaccuraterecords.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward
Previous forklift and/or scissor lift operating experience.
Knowledge of chemical products, chemical hazards, and safe material handling practices.
Experience using SAP or a comparable enterprise resource planning system.
Knowledge of pumping systems, tank operations, and filtration equipment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter in a team-based environment.
Experience loading international shipping containers and handling bulk tanker operations.
