Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Field Marketing Manager in the Architectural Coatings Segment in Dow Coating Materials. This role can be located in Collegeville (PA) or Midland (MI).
Within the Architectural Coatings Business, this role will have a specific focus managing our Additives franchise in NAA. This role is more short-term focused, looking out 0 to 2 years, and will be primarily responsible for implementation and execution of the segment strategy. This role will closely partner with Commercial, Product, Technical, Communications and other functions to drive the necessary implementation tactics.
Responsibilities- Strategy Implementation
:
This role will work closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager and another Field Marketing Manager in the Architectural Coatings Segment to drive and implement key elements of the Architectural Coatings strategy. Additionally, this role will provide an appropriate feedback loop from the market and our customers when appropriate modifications are required to the strategy. - NAA Architectural Segment MIT Leadership

This role will be an important member of the NAA Architectural Coatings MMT (Market Management Team) and will help to lead the NAA Architectural Coatings Segment MIT (Market Implementation Team). Given the focus towards implementation activities, a key deliverable will be detailed Implementation Plans that provide specificity to the overall Architectural Coatings Strategy. - L&OM Management

This role will play an important part in lead generation for the Architectural Coatings Segment across various methods including Digital and traditional lead generation to ensure a robust pipeline of Leads that can translate into tangible Opportunities. It will also help to manage the Opportunity pipeline for the segment to enable sustained growth. - Pricing
:
This role will develop value pricing for new and existing products to help manage profitability and drive new opportunities. Understanding competitive and market pricing and how our products are used in paint formulations will be critical to driving volume growth and optimized margins. - Product
:
This role will prioritize the TS&D portfolio of projects, including broad market and customer-specific projects. It will coordinate with the TS&D team to plan, execute and develop output materials for these projects, and may lead some R&D projects from a marketing perspective. - Promotion

This role will work with Marketing, TS&D and Communications to develop approaches to disseminate messages in the market through digital and conventional methods, building credible value propositions and messaging aligned with jobs to be done in the Coatings market. - Place
