Summary
My Michigan Health Park Bay has an opportunity for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their established team in Bay City!
- Full time
- 100% outpatient
- Full panel of patients
- Robust onboarding and mentorship program
- Onsite Lab and Radiology services available
- Include, but are not limited to, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of illness, ordering and interpretation of test results, counseling on preventative health measures
- Appropriately prescribing and managing medications and immunizations
- Follow patients through all stages of life, newborn through geriatrics
- AHA approved BLS Certification
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
- Experienced providers preferred, new grads will be considered
Employment is contingent on successful completion of My Michigan Health’s credentialing process.
