Summary
My Michigan Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospice Care Team!
- Casual – On Call requirements of Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. – 8 a.m. and every other weekend starting Friday at 5 p.m. – Monday at 8 a.m.
- Answer calls and respond to messages for symptom management and capacity evaluation
- AHA approved BLS Certification
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Employment is contingent on successful completion of My Michigan Health’s credentialing process
- Robust onboarding and training program
