Completes necessary processes in electronic medical record to ensure patient transfer to unit is completed accurately;
Provides customer service to hospitals/physicians or those wishing to transfer patients to My Michigan Health facilities;
Takes direction from Transfer Coordinator RN to assist with transfer process;
Educates staff/physicians on placement process as needed
