My Michigan Health seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospice Care Team in Midland, Michigan. This casual, on-call position requires work on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m., and every other weekend. Responsibilities include answering calls and managing symptoms. Applicants must have AHA approved BLS Certification and be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

The role includes a robust onboarding and training program.
