My Michigan Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospice Care Team!
- Casual - On Call requirements of Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m.
- 8 a.m. and every other weekend starting Friday at 5 p.m.
- Monday at 8 a.m.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and respond to messages for symptom management and capacity evaluation
Other Information
- Employment is contingent on successful completion of My Michigan Healths credentialing process
- Robust onboarding and training program
