My Michigan Health has an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Cardiology Team in West Branch!
- Full-time, dayshift
- Monday-Friday
- No call, currently or holidays
- Outreach clinics:
Gladwin and Houghton Lake
- Direct patient care in office, including evaluation and management for general cardiology, heart failure and follow-up visits
- Inpatient consults and rounding
- AHA approved BLS Certification
- AHA approved ACLS Certification
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Experience preferred, new grads will be considered
- Employment is contingent on successful completion of My Michigan Health’s credentialing process
- Robust onboarding and training program
