My Michigan Health is seeking an on-call Staff Registered Nurse to provide skilled home care nursing within the agency's service area from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday rotation. Orientation requires full-time hours for 2–4 weeks based on prior home care experience.
The RN will perform assessments, develop and adjust plans of care, and coordinate with LPNs and home health aides to ensure quality patient outcomes.
