FB-Suite Server

The Great Lakes Loons are seeking Suite Servers to assist in the execution of all Loons baseball games and Dow Diamond Events. As a Suite Server, you will be at the forefront of delivering VIP experiences to guests of Dow Diamond. With your exceptional service skills, you will cater to the needs of our fans in luxurious and private suites. You will be responsible for providing a top-tier service experience that exceeds expectations.

• Creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail oriented, and outgoing individuals that enjoy having fun!
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with full availability on nights and weekends
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time

• Clean, stock, and prepare all suites for guest arrival in the Dow Diamond suite area.
• Greet guests and anticipate guests’ needs and exceed our guest service expectations.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests.
• Assist other servers during peak periods in delivering food and other guest requests.
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
• Relay important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to appropriate people.
• Respond urgently and appropriately to guest questions or concerns.
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events
• Maintain a professional and personable appearance

1-year serving experience preferred
