Shipping & Fulfillment Specialist; Part-Time

We're Duo Threads — a fast-growing wholesale and direct-to-consumer apparel brand carried in 700+ retail stores nationwide, with our HQ right here in Midland, MI. We specialize in sorority, gameday, collegiate, and custom apparel, and we're growing fast.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This position starts part-time with real potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

What you'll do:

→ Pick, pack, and ship wholesale and DTC orders accurately and on time

→ Receive incoming inventory and organize the warehouse

→ Maintain clean, organized work spaces and storage systems

→ Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts

→ Support the team during peak shipping seasons (fall is our busiest!)

What we're looking for:

→ Warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred

→ Strong attention to detail and a "let's get it done" attitude

→ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

→ Team player who takes pride in their work

→ Experience with shipping software (Ship Station, Shopify, etc.) is a plus
