Associate Customer Service Representative - HYBRID

Location:

Midland, MI 48674

Duration: 12+ months contract with possible extension

Pay: $23.77/hr on w2

4 days onsite and 1 day remote

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous technical contact center experience preferred.
• Strong ability to learn new systems, products, and processes quickly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong proficiency in the English language.
• Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note, Teams, and Word.

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
  Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Building and construction industry knowledge is a plus.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
