Your Responsibilities:
  • Meet virtually or in person with association members to assess their needs and recommend suitable supplemental insurance solutions.
  • Educate clients via one-on-one consultations, seminars, webinars, or group presentations.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to help retirees protect their health, income, and legacy, including retirement-focused solutions like Fixed Indexed Annuities.
  • Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and business planning to enhance performance.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter approach.
  • Comfortable with phone outreach, follow-up, and virtual meetings.
  • Exhibits strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commits to providing ethical, high-quality service.
  • Holds a life and health insurance license or is willing to obtain one prior to onboarding.
  • Motivated to increase income through a performance-based compensation model.
Compensation & Support:
  • Performance-based commissions with advanced payouts and lifetime vesting.
  • No income cap; typical first-year earnings range from $65,000 to $80,000 for agents who maintain consistent activity, with top agents earning $90,000 or more in year one.
  • Monthly performance bonuses and travel incentives.
  • Ongoing onboarding, sales training, and mentorship.
  • Access to experienced local leadership, a dedicated Sales Support team, and onboarding specialists focused on your success.
