Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, goal‑oriented Sales Representative to join our growing Outside Sales team in Midland, MI. In this business‑to‑business role you will provide solutions to customers’ facility services needs, building a rewarding career while supporting them as they get Ready for the Workday™.
In this role you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within your territory, utilizing our CRM to identify and close new business, and consistently achieving weekly sales goals and quotas.

Required
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and Contact Management System (CMS)
Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role
- Prior new B2B sales experience
