As a Customer Manager at Dow in the manufacturing sector, you will own strategic customer relationships and drive commercial growth. Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for key manufacturing customers, understanding business needs and challenges
- Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue, margin, and share of wallet
- Coordinate with technical, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions
- Analyze sales performance, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and quotations in line with Dow policies
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to position new materials and solutions
- Forecast demand and maintain accurate pipeline and CRM documentation
- Support sustainability and innovation initiatives with strategic customers
- Represent Dow's values of safety, inclusion, and integrity in all customer interactions
