We are seeking an entry‑level Carpenter Apprentice, or those interested in a hands‑on, multi‑jobsite environment learning the trade, to become an integral part of our Carpentry Field team!

• At least 18 years of age
• Completion of Pre‑Employment Background Check, Drug Screen and Physical, Strength Assessment, and Safety Training for Construction Trade
• Minimal travel required within Michigan

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Previous trades training is a plus but not required

• Prolonged standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling
• Crouch, crawl, stoop rarely
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision; distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Use of sharp tools and power equipment in working conditions where there is possibility for slip and fall
• Subject to variable weather conditions inside and outside and/or various terrains
• Manual Dexterity
• Good hand‑eye coordination
• Good sense of balance

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration
• The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of weather conditions
• Must use safety equipment (PPE) where warranted. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
