High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge of blueprint reading, mechanical drawing, physics, shop courses, refrigeration, and HVAC components and systems acquired through at least 4 years' experience, directly in the HVACR trade OR an Associate's degree in Applied Science – HVACR Technology. Any current Skills Trades Refrigeration employee hired before 9/6/17 will be grandfathered and would not need the required education.
