Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery throughout the Medical Center complex and grounds as directed by the Facility Management or designated leader;
Lay out, construct, cover, coat, alter, and repair throughout the Medical Center buildings and grounds using plumbing, masonry, carpentry, refrigeration and electricity;
Operate and maintain steam boiler equipment, air compressors, domestic water systems, cooling towers and related equipment;
Perform programmed maintenance, install, lubricate and repair equipment and maintain records
