We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at one of our apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Property Management company and play a key role in delivering high-quality resident service.

This position blends hands‑on technical work with operational oversight and requires a leader who is organized, service-driven, and open to working within modern property management systems.

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and apartment make‑readies
• Lead and perform work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Coordinate vendors and manage electronic purchase orders
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date unit turn status through the make‑ready board
• Approximately 25% of the role involves administrative work at a computer
• Use of company software systems for procurement and unit tracking is required
• Utilize a mobile app to manage work orders and inspections, including real‑time documentation with notes, photos, and videos
• No prior experience with these systems is required; training will be provided. However, candidates must be willing and able to learn and use technology consistently as part of daily operations
• Previous experience with property management or maintenance software is a plus for supervisory candidates

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (multi‑family preferred)
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to quality work and efficient operations

A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
