This role supports an oil field services company by ensuring accurate invoice management, vendor communication, and administrative support. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid background in accounts payable and inventory processes.

• Generate purchase orders based on incoming invoices.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain and verify invoice details.
• Handle general administrative tasks as required.
• Assist field personnel with operational needs related to accounts payable.
• Perform inventory accounting tasks, including tracking and reporting.
• Analyze inventory data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process invoices by coding and preparing them for payment.
• Conduct regular check runs to maintain timely payments.
• Monitor fixed assets and inventory to ensure proper documentation.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
• Proficiency in coding invoices and conducting check runs.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing and vendor communication.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and analysis methods.
• Experience managing fixed asset inventory.
• Ability to generate reports and track inventory accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills for working with vendors and team members.
