As our RCD/MPD Administrator
, you’ll be right in the center of the action—supporting field operations, engineering, inventory, and leadership to keep our West Texas MPD/RCD jobs compliant, efficient, and buttoned-up from start to finish.
You’ll be the administrative powerhouse behind our RCD & MPD operations, including:
Supporting all RCD/MPD administrative functions at our West Texas facility
Working directly with the Field Operations Director on daily operational needs
Managing job documentation: work orders, tickets, field reports, and post-job summaries
Keeping detailed records on equipment usage, service history, and job closeouts
Coordinating schedules for RCD/MPD personnel and equipment
Tracking equipment mobilizations, demobilizations, and maintenance status
Maintaining inventory records for tools, parts, and consumables
Coordinating with warehouse and maintenance teams to ensure job readiness
Managing training records, certifications, and competency documentation
Supporting audits, inspections, and client documentation requests
Organizing HSE documentation related to MPD/RCD operations
Preparing reports, KPIs, and performance summaries
Assisting with cost tracking, invoicing data, and job closeouts
Acting as a key liaison between field teams, engineers, leadership, and clients
Spotting process gaps and helping improve how we do things
Jumping in where needed—because teamwork matters
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience in an administrative or support role—oil & gas, drilling, or industrial experience is a big plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel skills = extra points)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Combination of desk work and light physical activity
Extended periods of sitting and computer use
Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and light lifting
