Operations Administrator

Driven Services is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Administrator to support our Hydrovac, Hydrotest, and Rentals departments. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that keeps our field operations running smoothly from the first call to the completed job.

• Answer and field inbound service calls, acting as the first point of contact for customers
• Build and manage service tickets accurately and efficiently
• Schedule service jobs and coordinate with field teams across Hydrovac, Hydrotest, and Rentals departments
• Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Respond to after-hours calls as needed to support field operations
• Maintain clear communication between customers, dispatch, and field crews

• Prior experience in a dispatching, scheduling, or operations support role preferred
• Familiarity with One Call (811) processes and requirements is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Reliable and available for after-hours call rotation

This is an office-based role supporting field operations. Some after-hours availability is required.
