Provide administrative support to the maintenance function;
Maintain fleet records including inventory levels, preventive and corrective maintenance;
Input fleet information into the fleet management system daily;
Coordinate with vendors to order, receive, and ensure payment for goods and services;
Prepare truck purchase orders and assign general ledger codes;
Process transactions in ePro and reconcile purchase orders with accounting;
Receive/tag/stock/dispense parts to mechanics per policy and procedures;
Produce productivity and usage reports for management review;
Adhere to safety policies and contribute to safety goals;
Support the Fleet Manager with analysis of fleet operations reports
