Office Manager
This position oversees administrative and support functions for the office to ensure that the office operates efficiently. Create and maintain a high level of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Responsibilities generally include duties such as greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and supporting staff with administrative tasks.
- Self-motivated and results oriented, competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Manage executives' schedules, calendar, and appointments.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Manage security clearances for office and distribute access.
- Assist with accounting task as needed.
- Greeting visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel.
- Managing schedules for conference rooms and community spaces to ensure no scheduling conflicts arise.
- Prepares letters, presentations and reports as asked by leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary.
- 3+ years' experience in office management or administration.
- Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong adherence to containing confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Oil and Gas industry experience a plus.
