Description:
Administrative Assistant – The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing effective clerical support to the management team while maintaining accurate and organized records. This position will reside at our Midland, Texas location. 40 hours a week Monday
- Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (overtime very limited) The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing effective administrative support to the management team while maintaining accurate and organized records. Responsibilities include providing Human Resources and Payroll support and account payable duties.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for Accounts Payable for Division office; working closely with San Antonio Accounting/Finance department Maintains Purchase Orders and invoicing Processes Daily tickets and reporting HR on/off boarding paperwork, benefits enrollment, and HR transactions, working closely with San Antonio HR office Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records Reception, answer office phones and greets visitors Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities Training tracking Coordinating delivery of certifications to customers Facility logistics coordination assistance Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance for office Additional duties as assigned by management
Position Requirements :
Qualifications:
Previous oilfield services experience preferred. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required. Demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written) Computer skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Previous experience with ADP and, or Net Suites is preferred. Excellent Interpersonal skills working with service team members, management, and site partners and customers No relocation provided
