Position Description
Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.

Major/Essential Functions- Serve as the primary point of contact for the office by answering phones, greeting visitors and students.
- Assist the Program Director, Regional Dean, and faculty with reports, meeting minutes, files, and special projects.
- Collaborate with team members on admissions interviews.
- Serve as the unit safety officer.
- Coordinate student-facing class calendar and schedule reservations in TTUHSC system.
- Maintain documentation for the department purchasing card and prepare weekly reports.
- Complete all travel reimbursements for program faculty, adjuncts, students, and staff.
- Assist the Program Business Manager with purchasing contracts and budget reconciliations.
- Data entry and filing
- Assist with program special events and activities.
- Submit maintenance work orders and housekeeping requests as needed.
- Keep departmental shared spaces organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school plus six years experience in related field.
- Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Banner, Chrome River.
- Experience work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience operating standard office equipment.
- Previous experience working in a roll with shifting priorities and frequent interruptions.
- Previous experience in customer service.
