The Tubular Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting with the daily operations related to tubular management across all the US divisions. This position will report to the Manager, Tubular Equipment, and involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient handling of drill pipe inspections, repairs, excess wear, transportation, and inventory management.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Standardize and manage drill pipe processes, data entry, and inventory tracking across SAP and asset management portals; provide training and support to operations teams
  • Coordinate inspections, repairs, transportation, and purchasing activities, including generating invoices/POs and communicating frequently with Rig Managers, Field Superintendents, Billing, Sales, and Tubular teams
  • Take part in a shared on‑call rotation and help advance key improvements that boost equipment reliability and operational excellence
  • Maintain accurate business system records, ensure proper scheduling to meet customer needs, and perform travel or additional duties as required
