Job DescriptionThe Office Administrator will assist Land Asset Teams in acquiring and maintaining oil & gas leases and Exploration & Production contracts with a focus on research, creating various reports, and analysis of data. This intermediate-level position requires researching and analyzing leases and contracts, determining working interest and net revenue interest in new wells, workovers, and recompletions. The role involves developing and maintaining network relationships with other groups such as Operations, Development, OBO, and Legal, while creating reports and gathering data for contract and lease obligations.
Responsibilities- Assist Land Asset Teams in acquiring and maintaining oil & gas leases and Exploration & Production contracts focusing on research, creating various reports, and analysis of data
- Research and analyze leases and contracts, determining working interest and net revenue interest in new wells, workovers, and recompletions
- Develop and maintain network relationships with other groups within company, i.e., Operations, Development, OBO, and Legal
- Create various reports from Quorum Land System or Business Objects
- Gather and analyze data for contract and lease obligations reports
- Identify problems and develop potential solutions
- Make decisions within well-defined parameters
- Intermediate level, 3-5 years of experience

Pay: $40/hr
Schedule:
5 Days On/2 Days Off (8
Hr Days)
