Qualifications- 5+ years of business development, technical sales, or account management experience within oilfield services
- Prior experience selling pressure pumping, hydraulic fracturing, completions, stimulation, or related oilfield services
- Strong understanding of frac operations and Permian Basin market dynamics
- Existing operator and customer relationships in West Texas preferred
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow strategic accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent industry experience considered
- Experience with hydraulic fracturing fleets and completions services
- Existing network with operators, drilling/completions engineers, and procurement teams
- Knowledge of Permian Basin activity trends and customer programs
- Oilfield sales experience with frac, stimulation chemicals, wireline, coiled tubing, or production-related services
